I think customers should be more aware of how serious the rating system can affects us:
-4 stars for them is like average where for us a 4 stars rating means deactivation
-3 stars is like not so great and for us is big problem
-1 and 2 stars should be used only for serious issues like assault or...

NO WAY!!! although in the suburbs is cheaper indeed exec £7 and x £4 minimum

Ok great except there's more problems today. Insurance is soooo expensive . How do i even make a penny? I have 0 claims bonus as y personal cars are on my wife's name and i am a named driver. I am so stressed today, it feels all im doing is paying out and im yet to make any money. Please reply instead of just viewing Thankyou 

People bought those cars with the hope they will be enrolled on Exec and will make double ££££££.
Of course now they are crying when they realised how small is the extra and how much they are losing in depreciation with 16 E class  or they don't care and like to work in E class while losing money

In the Uk right now the government are really cracking down on the use of mobile phone usage whilst driving.Now if you get caught using your phone whist driving you getg a 200 GBP fine and 6 penalty points.
We have a lot of deaths here in the uk due to drivers using their phone whilst driving and research shows that its more dangerous than drink driving.
The government are trying to make mobile phone use whilst driving socially unacceptable the same as drink driving is socially unacceptable.
Whilst hands free kits remain legal research shows they are a still a big distraction and make driving more dangerous.
Questions are currently being raised about all of the in car entertainment that is being installed in cars today such as internet access facebook etc as this is just another distraction.

There is no difference now between exec and x, customers have 40% chances to get a 5 series or E class when choosing X, what a joke

You can ask and try to be careful and i will not prohibit especially if is a child involved!!!! Is just common sense!!!

Its a different algorithm now, not like before ( the closest gets the job )
- some drivers have priority than others
-there is a cap in earnings ( meaning that you can not make more than for ex: £1200 per week while others make £500, there is a balance )
- the more you work and constant you are the more and faster you will get the jobs
ITs all very efficient and you and everybody else is just a piece of data in a big database called Uber

I heard stories as well about that guy, and guess what? Now is over EXEC and XL, not just LUX. He has cars everywhere now, and his drivers are always making top money...always!

According to TFL there are 120k drivers in London, half of that working for uber or even more.
But good news , we have 29 drivers less than last week  --------- Private hire driver licences - 117,834: a decrease of 29 on previous week, 141 licences are new.
Since Uber came in London in 2013 from 60k drivers there are 120k now after 4 years, In London only, how do they help congestion???
60k more drivers and you are shocked that you cant make money, don't be!
120k x £250 per licence = £30,000,0000 for TFL from badges only

Visited the uber office today and the amount of new drivers they are taking on is ridiculous, we are sitting around with no fare, not even making minimum wage and all uber are bothered about is taking new drives on, one driver brought his son with him to fill the application form.

I remember something else, I know for sure i got jobs from Black hill area and it was £10 minim fare, I know for sure

The fares outside the TfL area (Home Counties), have always been lower, since they introduced Home Counties as a new area/city. 
 

Wow, so for a 10 mile job:
Before 10m x 2.40 = 24
Now   10m x 1.80 = 18
For average 100miles average per day from £240 to £180.....£60 loss
For 2000 miles average per month  from £4,800 to £3,600...£1200 loss omg

Guys please make sure you check before apply for an English test, confirm with TFL the certificate is good and recognised by them. I have friends who done it with some God knows centres and then TFL said is not good.
 
They have to do it again after wasting time and money....
