I was at the office today and mmany people were in the queue saying the same thing - that they are all waiting for on boarding. I had to wait for 4 weeks and on top of the christmas break. I believe they stopped on boarding in january and now they have a back log. I understand what you also mean about the staff. There was many complaints today about them too.

Ok great except there's more problems today. Insurance is soooo expensive . How do i even make a penny? I have 0 claims bonus as y personal cars are on my wife's name and i am a named driver. I am so stressed today, it feels all im doing is paying out and im yet to make any money. Please reply instead of just viewing Thankyou

Hi So after not making a penny renting from enterprise, i have purchased a car. However i do not understand what insurance I have to buy? Is it private hire? Or just normal personal insurance? Im so confused with this as google is giving me all sorts of information and im not clear from the uber app. What does everyone do? Also how do i get my car plated??? As the hire car had all this sorted. Thanks hope to get some help please

Thank you for your replies. i will take the forms there tomorrow. just struggling financially at the moment. I think uber due to it being new in Birmingham is different as even the car hire is £185 per week for the cheapest which is a Toyota prius.

I'd really appreciate some help please. I'm trying to get through the process . I have done my dbs, my medical, the test my licence check etc. I was told once all this was done, to bring all of this to the uber office in Birmingham to apply for the licence. Where is this office??? the email for partners no longer works, I can't find a phone number for help. I'm really frustrated at the lack of support . Also I'm struggling to find a cheap rental car. £185 seems a lot a week. Just want to get through the process but don't know what I now need to do. Would really appreciate some help. my wife is currently the only one working and is expecting our first child and I need to be back in work asap as things are no good like this. thankyou
