Best way to recover from poor reviews?

Recommended Posts

less and less drivers seems to care about their ratings these days, is directly connected with their happiness. if your are not happy with the income how can u care about the rating if you're not making money.

Is like worrying about the skin burn when outside is raining all day, it doesn't matter how good our skin lotion it is if is raining :))

Using the marketing skills...google it.

1st- make your customer feel important by asking if the temp is ok, the music, if he is thirsty ...

2- be nice, ask him how was his day but dont push it if you dont get more than a straight answer

3-ask him about his favourite route

4-car clean, you clean and smart looking if possible
