What if you car is already licensed , for example you can work with the car until 2020? Do i need to change it before Oct?

Do you wait more than 5 minutes? What is your tolerance? Many times I waited more than 5 minutes and then the customer is telling me, can you please hurry !!! wtf is this??? I assume if your order the car you are ready to leave right??? what do you do? I personally asked the guy to leave the car and advise him to take the underground as it is faster

If the passenger forgets something in the car, what do you do? Do you go to Uber office and drop the item or you go back to destination of the customer? What if you get a message saying some customers forgot something inside your car and you cant find it or you find it after 2 days???
