Private Hire ULEZ requirements From 8 April 2019, all PHVs travelling in the ULEZ zone must meet certain emissions standards or pay a £12.50 charge per day: Petrol cars, vans and minibuses must be Euro 4 Diesel cars, vans and minibuses must be Euro 6 The emissions standard of your vehicle can usually be determined from the date of its first registration as new, which is shown on the vehicle's registration document known as the V5C. Read our page on complying with ULEZ for more information on checking the emissions of your vehicle. In addition to the ULEZ requirements, the licensing requirements for PHVs will change to encourage uptake of zero emission capable PHVs from 2020. These requirements will apply to PHVs across the whole of London, not just those travelling in the ULEZ. Hello, How long it takes to get the PH Licence after clearing the Topographical test? TFL takes their own sweet time to process the application. I have cleared the topographical test and received the letter on 27th July 2017 and all the documents are in place. TFL is not willing to give ant time line, on enquiring they says its under process and they will confirm soon. Any idea when I should expect my licence? Thank you.

Hi! I'm considering to rent a car for the sole purpose of using it for Uber, and I've found there is a dozen companies offering PCO ready cars: Europcar, Enterprise, OttoCar, WeFlex, Openstart, etc. They all offer pretty much similar terms and prices, from the first glance. Has anyone actually rented a car from any of them? Any recommendations?

Hello!I applied for an PCO Licence 1 month ago and 1 week ago I received a letter from the topographical assessment team which said not to call them cause they would contact me. Does anyone know how long it takes until that happens? I think I've already waited a pretty long time and haven't even had the topographic test yet. Should I wait for them or is it just a waste of time and maybe I should call? Cheers!
