I have read on the LBA website that if you re enter the drop off car park within an hour of departing they charge you a fee of £18. I only started private hire work recently and in my previous employment I was trained in Anti Competition Law which basically prohibits things that prevent fair competition. So I have written to LBA and suggested they are in breach of the law as they are restricting non Arrow Cars with this policy, so what I'm suggesting is LBA are restricting private hire and hacknay in order to promote their on site partner Arrow Cars. Maximum fine is 10% of annual profit- quite understandably LBA have not responded to my letter as they will have to seek advice. Has anyone else experienced hostility from LBA?
