  1. I see people so excited to move from X to Exec or Exec to Lux but is it really such a big difference taking in consideration the amount of extra costs you have?? I mean its all comes to £/hour. Driving for X you can get £20/hours while driving for Exec or Lux i dont think you can get more than £30/hour if youre lucky. Who can disagree or agree?
  2. I want to move to Leeds guys, any insight information will be appreciated!!!
  3. In terms of the symptoms of the carbon build-up, typically the noise from the engine contains all the usual tick over noises and fans/pulleys, but is very 'bass-heavy' with a lot of low level rumble, shaking, etc. With the process I'm using this typically disappears within the first 10 minutes and the car idles better. The revs then climb quicker and any flat spots (if carbon related) are eliminated. The rumble is down to the engine struggling, with added friction, reduced 'breathing'. Remove the carbon and the bass notes disappear, the engine works better and as a result you can recover MPG (notice I didn't say gain). My car does this, have you ever tried this new thing called hydrogen engine cleaner?? Components such as Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR), Turbo and Injectors can all dramatically benefit from the removal of carbon using Green Engine Machine.....they say

We can complain next week when another 400 new uber drivers will be on the road
  8. Definitely Exec, i dont think is posible to make that amount of money drving for X
  9. Yes, but what i am saying is , from those £4000 your profit is around £2000, less than 50% after commission increased total 4000 uber commission 25% -1000 before 20% -800 petrol -500 car wash -50 insurance -200 car value depreciation -200 car parts wearing -100 profit £1950 before £2150 What do you say LUED???
  10. I agree, those 5% is our insurnace , our food, our money, u name it. Is to much, now we get less than 50% from what we make!!!!! Can you imagine, you have to make £4000 / month so you can make a living in London

  14. One of my friends just changed his mind to join uber, he was ready to sign the papers for a prius but he just want to see how it goes, so many people disappointed....
  15. Yes you can but keep in mind that from what you make , your real income is just 50% from what you make , which is think is a lost on the long term

  17. Everybody is sad, i spoke with all my driver friends, they can not believe it, i remember in the beginning Uber used to make some meetings with drivers make us feel a real partner and now they just take the rug under our feet with not question asked!!! Shame shame shame But like someone said, availability is more important for them than the quality of the jobs
  18. Well, depends on how much money u make on the specfic week If you make £1000/week you have to cut the weekly expenses like insurance , petrol, tax man , car depreciation . Some will say you real income will be around £600 from those £1000 but i think its unreal, looking at my histroy in the last 2 weeks. My expenses are around £360 from £1600 made
  19. Ure not allowed to ask or take any money from the client, they say. But with the big dropping of income in the last months, i will take everything
