How do you think Uber calculates which driver receives the job??? Maybe a queue of all drivers within 5 minutes reach to the customer, based on driver’s waiting time, distance and rating or car age? I think is just rating and car age!!!1 point

Driver rights On Friday the employment appeal tribunal unsurprisingly upheld the earlier decision that Uber drivers were workers. Uber will appeal again, but how many will claim their rights I am curious? 10%, 20%? what is the pro and con?1 point
