haji
My mate tried 2 times TFL topographic test and failed, only 10% they will pass these days, is clear that TFL wants to cap the number of PHV drivers so be very careful!! For someone with experience will be easy probably but for a regular driver is not and some of the questions are tricky TFL is making hard to very hard to get the PCO licence, 30k drivers will fail the English test, the numbers will drop for sure in the next 2 years
Kam82
That's good to hear, Birmingham is flooded with TFL drivers, we might get our work back this way.

What do you mean? Drivers from London coming to Birmingham for work or what? is that legal? With your TFL licence can work everywhere in England? Babasanfur
Topographical test is about the ability to read the map and find your way round London A book called London a-z is very helpful use index to find your page Back in the days before Satnavs we used to carry that book with us all the time Now by looking at the map attached can u tell what's he red line and violet line are for And remember no full postcode required Door number, Street name , first part of postcode Example Sussex Gardens w2 Symour place w1 Harrow Road w9 789 harrow road nw10 Edgware Rd w2 Edgware Rd ha8 And so on

We have approximately over a 1000 drivers who live in Birmingham but have a TFL private hire licence because obtaining and Birmingham and solihull license is very hard.
