I kind of think it is. I can’t figure out a purpose for it really. Sure, it’s all about ratings. But, in the end they are too biased. I think people rate drivers based on their appearance.

I’m looking for a new bank. Which one do you use? Are there some banks that are more friendly towards Uber drivers than others?

I’m not the one that put pickle on your cheeseburger. Perhaps you should complain to them! Some customers take out all their frustrations out on us drivers!
