Driverless cars on UK roads by 2021

Recommended Posts

This is unbelievable, what a master plan from Uber.

All this licence show was actually a distraction fromt he main point, which is the driverless legal ground .

Now they have it, UBer can bring it on UK roads without a problem.

In 6-7 years almost everything  will be gone, they will snap 50% of the market in the first year, special the UBerX market.

Mr Hammond is due to announce regulation changes in Wednesday's Budget which will allow developers to apply to test driverless vehicles on UK roads.

Asked about the potential loss of jobs for drivers, he said the country could not "hide from change" and the government had to equip people with the skills "to take up new careers".

Uber ordered 24,000 Volvo XC90 to form a fleet of driverless vehicles between 2019-2021.

You have 3 years to get rid of your finance or find a different job, machines will take over , trust me. IS not just Uber, all the big players doing the same thing.

24,000 drivers will be replaced until 2021 by machines :) fact

10 more years before this job will start to be disrupted and 20 years until full automation and no jobs in this industry.

A fully automated fleet could save the company around £900m a year, with a potential profit of more than £1bn!

Super chargers implementation is the first step towards full auto AI cars!

will be different phases, yes.

From 2025 we will see the biggest changes!
